Question: How long does the ice carving last?
Answer: Generally, an ice carving lasts from 4 to 6 hours. This will change depending on the temperature of the room and the location. Most carvings will lose some detail, but will outlast most functions / events. The carvings are delivered in a freezer trailer to minimize melting before the event.

Question: What is the size of the ice carving?
Answer: A single block of ice is approximately 40" high, 20" wide and 10" deep. The carving size will be dependent on the design chosen, but as close as possible to the original block size.

Question: Does Creative Ice deliver?
Answer: Yes, Creative Ice delivers in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex and there is a delivery charge. The local delivery charge is $25.00 (within a 25 mile radius from Burleson) and an additional $.75 per mile beyond the local delivery area.
The carvings are delivered in a freezer trailer to minimize melting before the event.

Question: How is the ice carving displayed?
Answer: The ice carving is delivered with a disposable tray and drain hose. Creative Ice will setup the carving in the tray surrounded by chunks of ice at the base of the carving.

Question: Are there any other accessories available?
Answer: The ice carving and tray can be setup on a box with lights, which illuminates the ice from beneath the carving. There are assorted display boxes and colored lights available. Also, greenery and flowers can be arranged.

Question: Are there any discounts available?
Answer: Discounts are available on orders of multiple blocks of ice.

Question: Can I create or suggest my own design for Creative Ice to carve?
Answer: Yes, Creative Ice will work with the customers to produce any carving to complement their event.

Question: Who removes the ice carving at the end of the event?
Answer: Creative Ice will remove the ice when a lighted box has been provided, and it is included as part of the setup and delivery fee. Otherwise, when the disposable tray is used, the customer makes their own arrangements to remove the ice.
